• Martha (The Global Connector): Originally from Brazil, Martha is our secret weapon for cultural immersion. Having lived in over 10 countries and worked for 15 years in high-end luxury for brands like Louis Vuitton, Sephora, and Montblanc, she understands the art of the "premium experience." Fluent in 5 languages and having lived across 7 European countries, Martha knows how to make you feel like a local anywhere on the planet. She ensures every detail of your stay feels exclusive, authentic, and seamless.

• May May (Top Rider & DJ from Cape Town): A force on the water and behind the decks. May May brings her infectious energy and expert coaching to help you master new tricks, while ensuring the vibe stays electric long after the sun goes down.

• Dero (Turkish Pro Rider Champion): Our local hero. Dero knows the Akyaka thermal winds and secret spots better than anyone. He doesn’t just coach; he provides the "home turf" advantage to help you progress faster than you ever thought possible.
