A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.

We carefully design each experience and select participants to ensure alignment, trust, and a high standard of interaction. Each participant plays a role in maintaining this environment.

By submitting an application or expression of interest to participate in any Local Secrets XP trip, the participant automatically gives their consent to these Terms & Conditions. This consent is confirmed and binding upon payment of the deposit. No separate signature or explicit acknowledgment is required — the act of applying constitutes full acceptance of all terms outlined in this document.
